Law College is run by The Nadiad Education Society, Nadiad that administers twelve institutions. M.S.Bhagat & C.S.Sonawala Law College, Nadiad, is the only Law College in Kheda District affiliated to Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. The institute offers graduate degree course(LL.B.) in the profession of Advocacy.

The institution was established with the vision of management of those days. In early 1950, the people were considering the law people very respectable and responsible persons of society because the most of freedom, fighters were students of law like Gandhiji, Sardar Patel, Jawaharlal Nehru, Rajendra Babu, and Dr. Ambedkar etc…
So considering this, the institute was established in Central Gujarat where, no law college was available in kheda district.
To fulfill the vision statement college is performing its activities considering following objectives.

Philosophy
M.S.Bhagat & C.S.Sonawala Law College, Nadiad is established in june 1959 with view to provide students with higher education in the field of Law. The main philosophy is to prepare Lawyers with higher skills and attitudes.The institute also brigs legal awareness about importance of their entitlements.
